ISSP Bursary
The Irish Society of Surgical Pathologists would like to provide bursaries to support trainee pathologists to attend:

• Manchester Pathology 2026. The 16th Joint Meeting of the BDIAP and the Pathological Society. 23-25 June 2026 (500 Euro bursary) 
• 38th European Congress of Pathology, Stockholm, Sweden. 12-16 Sept 2026 (800 Euro bursary)

Bursaries are open to pathologists currently in a training post in Ireland.
To apply you must:

• Have an abstract accepted at the meeting
• Attend the meeting in person
• Include the ISSP logo in your presentation

In the event of multiple eligible applicants, the ISSP committee will assess the submitted abstracts and award the bursary on the basis of scientific merit. The bursary can be used to cover registration fees, travel expenses and accommodation etc. (receipts will be required).

ECP:   01 Sept 2026
Following the conference, you must submit a 200 word reflection along with a passport type photograph to be published on the ISSP website.
